FREECELL1 is a phone and accessories shop in Saida, Lebanon. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website (freecell1.com) and our mobile app, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you can delete it.
What we collect

| Password | You sign in with email and password. We never see your password in plain text: it is handled and stored (hashed) by Google Firebase Authentication. |
| Data kept on your device | Your cart, language choice, and codes of recent orders, so the app remembers them. |
We do not collect card or bank details (you pay cash on delivery, or by Whish / OMT outside the app), your precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes your data
We use these service providers to run the shop. They process data only to provide their service:
- Google Firebase (sign-in and database) stores your account and orders.
- Netlify hosts the website.
- EmailJS sends your order confirmation email.
- WhatsApp (and a message-relay service) notifies the shop of new orders. The shop may also message you on WhatsApp about your order.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts used on the website.
We may also share data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account data (profile, saved address, loyalty card) is kept until you delete your account. Order records are kept by the shop as business records, for warranty and accounting purposes, as described below.
Delete your account and data
In the app or on the website: sign in, open Profile / My account, scroll to Privacy & account and tap Delete my account. Confirm with your password.
What is deleted immediately: your login, your saved details (name, phone, email, address), your account order list and your loyalty card.
What we keep: the shop's own order records (the name, phone, address and items of orders you placed) stay with the shop for warranty and accounting, and are no longer linked to a login. If you want these removed too, or if you can't sign in, send us a request using the contact below and we will delete what the law lets us delete.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time, using the steps above or the contact below.
Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

FREECELL1 محل تلفونات وإكسسوارات بصيدا، لبنان. هيدي السياسة بتشرح شو بيانات بنجمع لما تستعمل موقعنا (freecell1.com) وتطبيقنا، ليش، مين بيشوفها، وكيف بتحذفها.

| أختام الولاء | لكرت الولاء (ختم لكل طلب، وهدية عند اكتمال الكرت). |
| الباسورد | بتفوت بالإيميل والباسورد. ما منشوف الباسورد كنص عادي: Google Firebase Authentication هو اللي بيخزّنه (مشفّر). |
| بيانات محفوظة على جهازك | السلة، لغة الاستعمال، وأكواد الطلبات الأخيرة، ليتذكرها التطبيق. |
ما منجمع بيانات بطاقات أو حسابات بنكية (الدفع كاش عند الاستلام أو Whish / OMT خارج التطبيق)، ولا موقعك الدقيق، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور، ولا معرّفات إعلانية. ما منستعمل أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع إعلاني، وما منبيع بياناتك.
مين بيعالج بياناتك
منستعمل هالخدمات لتشغيل المحل، وهي ما بتعالج البيانات إلا لتقديم خدمتها:
- Google Firebase (تسجيل الدخول وقاعدة البيانات): بيخزّن حسابك وطلباتك.
- Netlify: استضافة الموقع.
- EmailJS: بيبعت إيميل تأكيد الطلب.
- واتساب (وخدمة تمرير رسائل): لإعلام المحل بالطلبات الجديدة. وممكن المحل يراسلك عالواتساب بخصوص طلبك.
- Google Fonts: خطوط الموقع.
وممكن نشارك بيانات إذا فرض القانون.
قديش منحتفظ فيها
بيانات حسابك (المعلومات، العنوان المحفوظ، كرت الولاء) بتضل لحد ما تحذف حسابك. سجل الطلبات بيضل عند المحل كسجل تجاري للضمانة والمحاسبة، متل ما هو مشروح تحت.
حذف حسابك وبياناتك
من التطبيق أو الموقع: فوت لحسابك، افتح حسابي، نزّل لـ الخصوصية والحساب واضغط احذف حسابي، وأكّد بالباسورد.
اللي بينحذف فوراً: حساب الدخول، بياناتك المحفوظة (الاسم، التلفون، الإيميل، العنوان)، قائمة طلبات حسابك، وكرت الولاء.
اللي منحتفظ فيه: سجلات الطلبات عند المحل (اسم ورقم وعنوان وأغراض الطلبات اللي عملتها) بتضل للضمانة والمحاسبة، وما بتضل مربوطة بحساب. إذا بدك نحذفها كمان، أو ما فيك تفوت لحسابك، ابعتلنا طلب عالتواصل تحت ومنحذف كل شي بيسمح القانون نحذفه.
حقوقك
فيك بأي وقت تطلب الاطلاع عالبيانات أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، بالخطوات فوق أو عالتواصل تحت.
الأطفال
خدمتنا مش موجّهة للأطفال تحت 13 سنة، وما منجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
التغييرات
إذا غيّرنا السياسة، منحدّث التاريخ بأول الصفحة.
